Outdoor Integrated Communication Equipment Shelter

Integrated outdoor equipment room is a type of equipment room mainly constructed with color steel plate material structure. It has excellent thermal insulation performance, is applied in communication systems, directly exposed to outdoor climate conditions, and provides mechanical and environmental protection for internal communication equipment. It is characterized by being producible in factories, easy to transport and on-site install, allowing authorized personnel to enter for operation. It is an integrated cabinet that can integrate main equipment, system power supply, AC/DC power distribution, environmental monitoring, heat dissipation equipment, batteries, and lightning protection and grounding, and provides outdoor working environment and safety management for base stations. It is mainly applied to various outdoor scenarios such as rooftops, streets, mountainous areas, railway lines, and high/low temperature environments, meeting customers' needs in energy conservation and emission reduction, rapid deployment, and multi-scenario adaptation.

Features

01

The house body adopts a metal frame structure, with color steel plate insulation materials serving as wall panels for the four sides and the top.

02

Color steel material: Sandwich structure, including inner and outer steel plates (0.5~0.8mm thick) and a middle 50~100mm sandwich insulation layer. Thermal insulation materials (EPS or PU optional).

03

The equipment room is available in two types: five-sided (without a bottom) and six-sided (four sides + top and bottom).

04

It is equipped with an outdoor equipment room anti-theft door structure with strong anti-theft performance. The screws of the equipment room are arranged inside the cabinet, invisible from the outside, to prevent unauthorized disassembly.

05

Surface treatment: Degreasing, pickling, anti-rust phosphating, and electrostatic spraying. Outdoor cabinets are sprayed with imported outdoor powder and baked, with the coating meeting the requirements of GB/T 3181-2008.

06

After the coating adhesion test, the adhesion of the cabinet surface coating shall meet the Class 1 requirement specified in GB/T 9286-1998.

07

The lockset shall have vandalism resistance complying with the Class B requirement of GA/T 73-1994. The lightning protection design of the outdoor integrated equipment cabinet shall conform to YD 5098-2005 "Code for Design of Lightning Protection and Grounding Engineering of Communication Bureau (Station)".

08

The following components can be configured in the equipment room as needed: communication equipment racks, power supply racks, ODF racks, cable trays, distribution boxes, feeder windows, monitoring units, battery racks, etc. The cabinet protection level reaches IP55 or higher.
