OLT Equipment Cabinet

OLT equipment cabinet is an integrated cabinet that integrates main equipment, system power supply, AC/DC power distribution, environmental monitoring, heat dissipation equipment, batteries, and lightning protection and grounding, and provides outdoor working environment and safety management for base stations. It is mainly applied to various outdoor scenarios such as rooftops, streets, mountainous areas, railway lines, and high/low temperature environments.

Features

01

The cabinet adopts a frame structure, with sandwich panel materials used for the four sides, top and bottom, providing a high protection factor.

02

Frame material options include sheet metal and aluminum profile. Sandwich panel material: Sandwich structure, with inner and outer steel plates (0.5~0.8mm thick) and a middle 50mm thick thermal insulation material (EPS or PU optional); internal load-bearing components are 2.0mm thick.

03

Dual-compartment cabinet structure: divided into an integrated compartment and an equipment compartment, with a front door opening method and an optional rear door.

04

Air conditioning cooling is adopted, with one set of 1500W compressor air conditioner configured per cabinet. An optional set of compressor air conditioner (300~3000W optional) is available.

05

The outdoor cabinet adopts a bottom cable entry method, with a total of 8~16 incoming cable holes for power supply, optical fiber and cable entry.

06

Equipped inside the cabinet: columns, laminates, door magnetic sensors, installation accessories, etc.

07

The outdoor cabinet adopts an anti-theft design with three-point fixed locks. Screws are arranged inside the cabinet, invisible from the outside, to prevent unauthorized disassembly.

08

Surface treatment (optional): Degreasing, pickling, anti-rust phosphating and electrostatic spraying. Outdoor cabinets are sprayed with imported outdoor powder and baked, with the coating meeting the requirements of GB/T 3181-2008.

09

The lockset shall have vandalism resistance complying with the Class B requirement of GA/T 73-1994. The lightning protection design of the outdoor integrated equipment cabinet shall conform to YD 5098-2005 "Code for Design of Lightning Protection and Grounding Engineering of Communication Bureau (Station)".

10

The cabinet supports 19-inch (IEC297) standard racks and the installation of various equipment that meets the 19-inch (IEC297) dimension installation space requirements.

11

The cabinet protection level reaches IP55 or higher; it is rust-proof and corrosion-resistant, suitable for use in coastal areas.

12

The cabinet is floor-mounted.

13

Non-standard cabinets can be customized according to requirements.
