Manufacturing Requirements for Outdoor Communication Cabinets
1. Coating Appearance
The coating surface shall be continuous and uniform, with texture consistent with the corresponding standard sample, and free from defects such as nodules, shrinkage cavities, blisters, pinholes, cracks, peeling, chalking, particles, sagging, exposed substrate, and inclusion of impurities.
For cabinets without spray treatment, the outer surface shall have uniform and aesthetic luster and texture.
2. Coating Adhesion
After the adhesion test, the coating on the cabinet surface shall meet the requirements of Grade 1 in Table 1 of GB/T 9286-1998.
3. Coating Impact Resistance
After the impact resistance test, the coating on the cabinet surface shall be free from defects such as radial cracks and gaps.
4. Coating Aging Resistance
The coating on the cabinet surface has aging resistance.
5. Coating Solvent Resistance
After the solvent resistance test, the coating surface shall show no signs of loss of luster, obvious discoloration, or wiping when visually inspected.
