Power control cabinet is a cabinet used for reasonable power distribution and convenient switching operation of circuits. The main material of the cabinet base is high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of 1.0-2.0mm. The frame adopts a pressed profile structure, integrating high strength and high flexibility. The back panel, top panel, bottom panel, side panels and front door are detachable. It undergoes medium-temperature phosphating, anti-rust paint application, orange-peel paint coating, electrostatic spraying and other processes.

The standard interface for internal installation components is designed for 19-inch standard equipment. The effective space from the front door panel to the front door is 70mm, with a vertical adjustment pitch of 1/2U and a front-back adjustment pitch of 25mm. After interface expansion, it can install various special-shaped equipment.

It features different forms of ventilation structures and vents of various sizes, with a dust filter inside that is easy to clean, ensuring excellent ventilation effect. The travel switch device for the lighting lamp further enhances the high-grade quality of the cabinet.

The high-voltage protection ground of the cabinet is insulated from the cabinet, with an insulation resistance >1000MΩ/500VDC (note: corrected "MV" to "MΩ" as it is a common technical parameter error).

Withstand voltage between the cabinet's protection ground and the cabinet >3000VDC for 1 minute, no breakdown or flashover.

DC Fan: Starts at 35℃ and stops at 27℃±4℃.
